YOU WRITE THE BLOG


Today is Sunday.  Very busy day for a preacher, plus my son is in town.  I didn't know what I wanted to say today but while a church a friend gave me a weight loss tip and recipe. I was just thinking I wish I could get people to share with me other weight loss tips, recipes, suggestions or questions.  


So today you write the blog just add a comment, after this post.  Comments will appear immediately.  This will be fun.  If you have something you want to share or ask please do so.

  1. Meat, vegetables, a little fruit and water. Lift heavy things, sprint and walk.

    We're not all that cut out for highly processed foods, grains and sugars. I'll send you tons of paleo/crossfit info if you like.

    1. I have been walking about two miles three to four times a week. My meals are usually salads, meat and veggies. No bread, no extra sugar.

    2. That's great! It might help to cut out dairy and make your own dressings, or make sure the dressings you buy are all natural. (oil, vinegar, spices.)

  2. Today my wife bought some sugar free Maxwell House International Cafe in French Vanilla flavor I added on level tablespoon to the mix. It was really good.

  3. We are enjoying a working vacation and eating better. easy preparation in the rv. more fruits and vegetables and bought a bullet smoothie maker.
